Table Groups (or online meeting rooms) are a big part of the TNG culture. We never seat the same profession (two financial advisors for example) at the same Table Group.
The Table Group portion of the TNG meeting (both Champagne Events and Members Only Meetings) is moderated by a Table Captain that is also a Member of TNG. Questions and activities vary from meeting to meeting.
Table Captains (in both Live and virtual meetings) are always Members, typically of the Community hosting the meeting.
Note: As mentioned, it’s important for attendees at TNG events to stay for the ENTIRE meeting allowing them to participate in all Table Group related activities. Considerable time and attention are spent arranging the seat assignments, with each person and related profession in mind.
